A new model of small low-carbon
micro-home communities for Further Education
groups and local authorities

Our mission

First‑Rung creates small, low‑carbon micro‑home communities that give people dignity, autonomy, and a stable first step into independent living. We design transport‑connected villages that combine modern modular homes, green‑skills demonstrators, and community infrastructure to support education, employment, and long‑term wellbeing.

Our mission is to build humane, replicable neighbourhoods that strengthen local economies and expand access to opportunity.
